A:Yes. According to the actual sample requirements of the customer, we can use the machine specified by the customer or all the machines we think are suitable for testing free of charge, and take test videos and test results photos for the customer's reference.
How to place an order?
A: Please contact us and provide your processing requirements, we will recommend suitable machines and provide quotations according to your processing requirements, if the price is OK for you, we will provide a pro forma invoice with our bank information and you will pay according to the pro forma invoice.

How to ship?
A: Usually we quote EXW price, if you need, we can help you to ship, we will check the shipping cost for you according to your required shipping address.
We cooperate with international express FedEX, UPS, DHL, sea freight, air freight and China-Europe liner, which are the common transportation companies.
If you have your own forwarder, you can directly arrange to pick up the goods in our company.
How to pack? Is there any charge for packing?
A:Except for very small machines, our packing is wooden crates in line with export standard. Packing is free of charge, except for the necessary transportation cost or you need to buy additional accessories.
In general, how long is the production lead time for an order?
A: The order cycle is about two weeks in case of stock, the mold takes about three weeks, and the special mold is four weeks. For customized machines, the production cycle may be about one month according to the specific processing requirements.
Do you provide technical support for customers? For example, product selection, design optimization, installation guidance and so on.
A: Yes. Our sales staff will provide specific product selection and provide customers with suitable products according to processing requirements. Our technicians will provide installation instruction and product operation instruction.
How long is the warranty period?
A: Warranty period is one year with lifetime maintenance. (In addition to wearing parts within one year, other parts are replaced free of charge in addition to human factors as appropriate.) Outside the warranty period, all parts are charged at cost only.
Does it come with manual?
A: Yes. We provide product manuals with English version.
