This equipment is a precision inspection tool specifically designed for the wire harness manufacturing industry. Used in conjunction with fully automatic or semi-automatic crimping machines, it accurately measures the height of the crimped area on wire harness terminals following crimping. It serves as a key measuring instrument for controlling crimping quality and ensuring consistent terminal conductivity and tensile strength.
The crimp height directly determines the terminal compression ratio, tensile strength and electrical conductivity stability. By conducting real-time spot checks with this instrument, defects such as over-crimping, under-crimping, die wear and wire mismatches can be rapidly identified, thereby meeting the quality control requirements for automotive wiring harnesses.

- Vertical guide structure ensures the probe descends vertically without deviation, providing high positioning accuracy;
- Compatible with various horizontal and vertical terminal types, including standard copper terminals, waterproof terminals, high-current automotive terminals and fine wiring harness connectors.
3. Precision Probe Assembly
Interchangeable probes of different diameters are available to accommodate both micro-pin terminals and wide-body wiring harness terminals, conforming to the cross-sectional contours of various crimped profiles.
