The CS-BT802 Automatic Shield Braid Brushing & Twisting Machine (3 Brushes) is an upgraded pneumatic-electric model designed specifically for wire harness processing. It integrates pneumatic control and electric adjustment technologies to perform integrated operations—including shielding mesh brushing, braided wire stripping, and ground/isolation wire twisting—completely replacing traditional manual labor. The machine features an exposed automatic clamping mechanism and a flexible wire-gripping design, accommodating a wide range of wire diameters. A newly added automatic wire-pulling device lowers the learning curve, while the brushing, stripping, and twisting functions are independently controlled, ensuring high precision and fast processing speeds. It is suitable for various industrial wire harness processing applications.

Suitable materials: Various ground wires, braided wires, and shielding/isolation wires; cables with wire diameters ranging from 0.1 to 10 mm; braided cables with an outer diameter of 6 mm or less. Core processing methods: Shielding mesh brushing to separate or align strands (can be brushed to one side); braided wire and isolation wire unraveling and sorting; twisting and forming of 0.1–2 mm² wires.
