The CS-0520 is a semi-automatic coaxial cable stripping machine designed for high-precision, multi-layer stripping of ultra-fine coaxial cables in the telecommunications and medical device manufacturing sectors. With a cable diameter range of 0.4–1.8 mm and a maximum stripping depth of 6 layers, it is capable of handling complex coaxial cable structures that standard stripping machines cannot process reliably.

Both stripping length and cutting depth can be programmed in 0.01 mm increments via an intuitive human-machine interface (HMI), thereby preventing conductor damage caused by inconsistent manual depth settings. The rotating cutter head (comprising three rotating blades and three wire-guiding blades) maintains consistent cutting geometry throughout the production process, extending blade service life and reducing scrap rates.
